Working through the UK immigration process can feel like you are trying to find your way through a maze. When we first reached out to Depner Immigration Consultants two and a half years ago, we were stressed, overwhelmed and unsure how to even begin our spousal visa application (with two kids in tow). Our case was complicated and we knew we needed someone who not only understood the rules but who could guide us with patience. Daniel became that person from the very first call. He broke everything down in a way that made sense and helped us gather what felt like a mountain of evidence without ever making us feel out of our depth. When that first visa was approved, we knew that his support had played a huge role.
Fast forward to the next stage of the process. Another two and a half years had flown by and it was time to submit the renewal. We expected it to be straightforward, yet it turned into one of the most stressful moments of the entire journey. We had already booked flights for a December holiday abroad and only then realised that you cannot leave the country when your renewal is pending. Hearing a decision could take six to eight weeks, and we may not be able to spend Christmas with my elderly mother was devastating. We reached out to Daniel again and he stepped in straight away.
He treated our situation with genuine care. He walked us through every step and checked every document with the same level of attention he gave us the first time. He explored every option to make sure our application moved as quickly as possible. He kept us calm when we were anything but calm. Thanks to his effort and support, we received our decision on the SAME DAY as our biometrics. That moment felt unreal. It saved our holiday, but more than that, it showed us the kind of professional he is.
